1. You can check out our items on our website and you can send us an e-mail to info@henzol.com containing the HENZOL product Nr. of the ordered items and the quantity and the address and name for the invoice and the address of delivery if differs from the one on the invoice. Those product which are labeled as "on stock" can be delivered instantly. 2. We process incoming e-mails and after checking our stock we prepare a pro forma invoice (this takes approximately one- to two hour) and send it back to our customers. This pro forma invoice contains the relevant information a customer needs to transfer the price of the ordered goods. In case the price of ordered items reaches EUR 2000 we provide free delivery in Europe. In other case the pro froma invoice will contain the charge of delivery. 3. If you approve the pro froma invoice and send us an e-mail in which you let us know, that it is OK, you need to transfer the price to the bank account which is shown on the invoice. Pro forma invoice will contain only those itmes which are ready to deliver. We are working to provide a constantly growing stock in order to fulfill our customers needs. 4. As soon as the bank transfer is completed and the money is on our account we give the ordered goods to the delivering company on the same day or the next, the latest. Delivery time can take 1-3 days. |
